Moses saw a bush that was burning but not being destroyed, and when he investigated that phenomenon, his life, and the history of the world, was transformed.
His hand becomes leprous and is restored. Water, which was to be taken from the Nile and poured out onto the ground, would become blood.
Further miracles occurred under Moses powerful leadership. They happened when he spoke with the authority of God, as reassuring and confirming signs that this man came from Almighty God.
The deaf could hear. The blind could see. That paralysed man was forgiven, released, and enabled to walk. Needy hungry ones were fed and satisfied. Storms ceased when Jesus spoke to winds and demoniacs.
What is a miracle? Some years ago I used to run Children’s Meetings every Thursday evening and we would have around 180 young folks present. These were amazing gatherings. I so enjoyed them.
